FOUNDER & CEO
Ms. Chow is the founder of Cachet Asset Management.
Prior to founding Cachet, Ms. Chow was the Head of Sales Management and Regional Committee member for UBS Wealth Management UHNW Asia Pacific. She was also one of the team heads developing the Ultra High Net Worth China market for UBS. She was also the youngest member of the Executive Advisory Council at JP Morgan Private Bank Asia in 2008. Before joining JP Morgan, she worked in Citigroup New York office and GE Capital in Thailand.
Ms. Chow is holding a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University. She is actively involved in community services and currently serves as Committee Member of Love Foundation which focuses on the "left behind" children in China.
CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
Mr. Wang joined Cachet Group as Chief Investment Officer in August 2019. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Wang was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of WIM Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited, and the Investment Director of Value Partners Group. Prior to Value Partners, Mr. Wang was an investment manager at Macquarie Bank in Australia. Mr. Wang has over 20 years of investment experience in asset management and investment banking. His investment focus and coverage includes greater China capital markets, particularly A, B, H, Redchip stocks, as well as property investment banking. Mr. Alan Wang holds a Bachelor's degree from Macquarie University in Australia, a Master of Business degree from the University of Sydney's Business School, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Olin Business School of Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Wang is also a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER
Mr. Lee has over 15 years’ experience in direct lending, structured finance and asset-based lending across Australia, Hong Kong, China and Japan. He has also worked across multiple roles including credit/risk management, deal originations, syndication, in-house fund raising and portfolio management. Prior to joining Cachet, Foster was the Head of Financing for Fortune Fountain Capital and also the Chief Investment Officer for Carnival Group International, a listed company in Hong Kong. Mr. Lee joined China Minsheng Bank as a pioneer when the Hong Kong Branch was established, he was instrumental in helping the bank through various ground-breaking leveraged finance transactions and built a credible franchise in loan syndication / distribution from ground zero. He was an active member in the acquisition finance market and led a number of high profile transactions. During his time at China Minsheng Bank, his team acted as the mandated lead arrangers and book runners for the privatization for Focus Media, Giant Interactive and Belle International etc.
Foster has an industry presence in the loan market, he was on the board of directors of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association and as a member of the China Committee and the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Committee of the association. Prior to China Minsheng Bank, Foster worked for Syndicated Finance in DBS and GE. Foster holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales and he is a qualified public accountant of CPA Australia. Prior to his finance career, he was with KPMG and was engaged in various assignments such as statutory audit, IPO and M&A due diligence for different MNCs.
INVESTMENT RELATION DIRECTOR
Mr. Lee has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He was the Asia Director of Capital Formation of Wilkinson Global Capital, a boutique US real estate private equity firm where he spearheaded capital raising in Asia. Prior to Wilkinson Global Capital, he was the Executive Director of Man Investments, the largest listed hedge fund firm in the world where he was responsible for investor relations and business development for the Asia region. Prior to Man Investments, he was the Director of China Asset Management, one of the largest Chinese asset manager in the mainland, and responsible for business development of international markets. He also held key positions in Morgan Stanley, ABN AMRO as well as Franklin Templeton Investments. Mr. Lee graduated from Western University in Ontario, Canada. He is the Type 1, 4 and 9 SFC licensed responsible officer for Cachet.
Aside from work, Mr. Lee is keen in serving the community, being an active member of Rotary International, a global charity organisation. He was the president of Rotary Club of Hong Kong City North in 2016-17.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Mr. Chan has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, particularly in fund management and administration, regulatory compliance, investor relations and other associated functions. Prior to joining Cachet, he held numerous key positions in the world class asset management firms such as Apollo Capital Management, Rockefeller & Co and Citco Fund Services in New York. Mr. Chan has also spent 7 years in Ernst & Young’s taxation, assurance and advisory business services in New York to establish his financial expertise from there. Mr. Chan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from The Stern School of Business New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.
